• International Business Management: Lead the international marketing efforts, developing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
• Team Management: Directly manage a team of 5 individuals, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team meets its targets.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with internal teams, external partners, and clients to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the director to develop long-term strategies and short-term action plans to achieve business goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industries such as coating, agrochemical, and fragrance.
• Aggressive Business Development: Pursue new business opportunities aggressively, following up diligently to secure deals and maximize revenue.
• Qualification: Possess an MBA in Marketing along with an engineering background, providing a unique blend of technical and business expertise.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer industries, particularly in coating, agrochemical, and fragrance sectors.
• Manufacturing/Logistics Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics will be advantageous, enhancing the candidate\'s ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

• Minimum 25 years of experience in international marketing, with a focus on chemicals.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• MBA in Marketing with an engineering background preferred.
