5 Days Working
Night Shift

30 - 40 WPM Typing Speed

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer call the Toll free number to get an appointment with the Available or Nearby Doctor for consulting or treatment for their own reason , Call Center Agent must give a proper response knowing the details from customer and check the availability of Doctor by collecting the Zip Code

2. If the customer ask for an Ambulance to Book for any emergency , the Call Center Agent must respond immediately to dispatch the Ambulance for the required location and stay on call until Ambulance reaches the actual location and arranges an available doctor from that location.

3. No sales involved , No Targets involved , No Survey involved.

Live Chat/ Email Support International:

The agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding patients through the appointment scheduling process, and maintaining accurate records of the appointments.

Purpose of the Role
