• Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education.
• Preferably a candidate with experience from education counselling or consulting background in the field of overseas education
• Understand the student\xe2\x80\x99s interest, aptitude and skills and assist them in finding the right course and University
• Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
• Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
• Contacting candidates, arranging interviews
• Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards the University application process
• Participate and assist in the marketing process
• Assist with the student visa process.
• Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities in UK as per their profile.
• Responsible for prompt reply to students\xe2\x80\x99 queries and solve the queries of students / universities through Emails and call.
• Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities
• Assisting the students with the application process of universities in UK
• Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments.
• Assisting in filling online/paper applications and submitting the application to overseas universities.
• Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities.
• the compliance of the process and systems in the office
• Perform any other duties as directed in relation to the job role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research.
• Excellent organization skills proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on studying abroad in UK.
• Assisting students and their parents in selecting a suitable course and university in UK.
• Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
• Counseling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, and career planning.
• Participating in educational fairs.
• Reports daily, weekly and monthly status. First meeting points for discussion

• Excellent Languages Skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Peoples person with good PR and convincing skills.
• Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
• Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
• Must have good listening and analytical skills
• Good Computer Skills in MS Office and CRM Software

Work timings are Monday to Friday, 12 30 PM TO 9 30 PM( UK Shift timings), Saturday 10 AM TO 4 PM (Second Saturdays Holiday) Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,500.00 - 940,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,500.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
