Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products on a global scale. Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Content Creation & Localization: Develop compelling content tailored to diverse international audiences. Ensure all content is culturally appropriate and localized for specific markets.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis in international markets. Use data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms, engaging with global audiences and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and regional marketing teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international markets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and achieve marketing goals.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
