Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs

Cab Facility: 2-way cab facility up to a 25km radius

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our international clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing solutions to customer queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Address customer queries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required.
