Roles & Responsibilities: Inbound calls as per business expectations for Customer service/sales team Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call. Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts. Should handle the customers confidently and assertively. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled. Should be fine with night Shift as per the process requirement. Ensure maximum login hours are met. Knowledge & Skills: Proven experience in voice process sales role. Proven track record of successfully meeting targets. Ability to learn about the products and describe/explain them to prospects. Should be able to communicate in English Proficiently. Should be able to understand and comprehend English (as per business need) Should have basic knowledge of operating computer. Should have basic typing knowledge 25-30 words per minute.
