? Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or email

? Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.

? Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.

? Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.

? Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers

? Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.

English fluent mandate

International 6 month experience mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
