Job Title : International Customer Support Executive

Job Overview :

We are looking for an International Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to clients from around the globe. You will be the first point of contact for international customers and will work in a fast-paced environment to deliver top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Issue Resolution : Identify customer issues and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product Support : Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers with product usage, features, and technical troubleshooting.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing high-quality service and exceeding their expectations.
• Escalation Management : When necessary, escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
• Data Entry and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Requirements :

• Education : Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in international customer support or related roles (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
• Skills :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle international customer queries professionally and empathetically.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Working Hours : Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support global customers.

Compensation :

• Salary : ?3 LPA - ?4.5 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
