  • Handle all queries/grievances efficiently and resolve customer queries received through our social media pages and provide satisfactory resolution.
  • Recognize leads and forward it to Operations or Ecom team.
  • Manage other medium of customer communication in a timely manner via WhatsApp, Messages, Emails, Calls, Data Management
  • Diligently maintain a record of all the instances and unique queries received through our social pages in Excel through the CRM software (Engati).
  • Manage and Co-ordinate with different departments to resolve and close a customer\'s case effectively.
  • Stay updated on Product knowledge as per the current season & collections
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
