Designation : International Customer support executive - WFH

Process : Voice process

Experience : 3 - 6 months experience in International voice process with proper documents

Skillset : Excellent Communication & customer service

Language : English

Educational qualification : Plus two and above

Shift : Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs

5 days of working

Salary : 15k to 20k Take home

Max Age : 35

Location : Bhopal, Madhya pradesh'

Basic Requirements :

B2 profile - Voice ; No MTI

Educational qualification - Plus two and above

Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.

:

Provide customer support to consumers via telephone and/or Internet, e.g., instant message, email. Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment. For product or service-related issues, will move customer to appropriate Product Support Specialist.
