We are seeking a dedicated US Customer Service Representative to join our team in a onsite, full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our US-based customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from US customers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve complex customer issues.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring customer details are accurately recorded.
• Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably supporting US customers.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other support tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability: Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US business hours.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately document customer interactions and follow processes.
