TPC - Third Party Collections INTERNATIONAL
• Location : Thane
• Working days : 5 days of working
• Week off : Saturday Sunday fixed off
• (candidate needs to work one Saturday in a month )
• Fixed Shift Timing - 7pm to 4am (Fixed)
• Educational Criteria :- SSC/HSC/Graduate any would do
• Experience - 1 year of experience into international Collection/Retention/Sales/Customer Service.
Process : Shield - Customer Retentions
• Shift Window : 24/7
• Working Days : 5
• Week Offs : Any two (Rotational week offs)
• Location - Ghansoli - Loma It Park.
• Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6months Inbound Voice Experience Mandatory
• Voice Selects Only(Excellent Communication)
• Salary upto 30K Inhand depending on the last drawn package
• + Incentives
Process : Athena Escalation Desk
• ( 80% Backend and 20% Calls)
• Shift Timing : Rotational
• Working Days : 5
• Week Offs : 2 Rotational
• HSC/Graduate with Minimum 6 months Email Escalation experience in Customer Service department.
• Amazing communication will be considered
• Salary: 5LPA, Inhand: 37k
• Should have handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.
