About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and at least one other regional language. This role requires an individual who can effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and implement strategies to retain them.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to reduce churn.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers through various channels.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on customer retention metrics and trends.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, support, or retention roles is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work rotational and night shifts.
Education: Any Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
