Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an International Customer Service Representative that requires effective communication with customers from various countries and cultures. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customers\' issues, providing support and guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The International Customer Service Representative will handle customer service inquiries and work closely with other team members to meet other duties as assigned by the management. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills Exhibit Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to empathize, establish a relationship, and communicate effectively with customers Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time Experience with handling customer escalations and complaints professionally Ability to work independently and within a team environment Experience in a similar role or international environment is a plus.
