- Handle inbound calls from Amazon customers regarding inquiries, orders, and product support.
- Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
