Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service representative located in Pune. The role requires managing customer enquiries and complaints, delivering excellent customer service, and working towards customer satisfaction. Key tasks include handling phone and email enquiries, responding to customers\' questions and concerns in a timely manner, and providing resolutions or escalation paths if necessary. Qualifications Excellent customer support and customer service skills. Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and prioritize customer experience. Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle high volume of calls daily. Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and updating customer information. Fluent in English, with additional knowledge of other foreign languages being an added advantage. Bachelor\'s degree in any field or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
