INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Profile Briefing:

Deputing talented candidate for Customer Service representative position to undertake all customer service responsibilities.

You will be the voice of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

You should be able to deal with complaints, queries and give accurate information to our valued customer.

• Title: International Customer Service Representative
• No. of Vacancies: 1
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Salary & Compensation: Competitive and best in the industry
• Shift: UK | Monday to Friday | ( Between 12:30 PM to 12:00 AM) (Any 9-hour shift)
• Working days: 5
• Desired Experience Range: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls of customers.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability.
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
• Prepare customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

Desired Skills:

• Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills
• Hands on Experience on Advance Excel
• Good organizational, time management & multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.
