International Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
• Must have 2+yrs experience in US calling.
• Compulsory Night shift for both Male/ females.
• The candidates should have experience in calling and sales within an outbound process, specifically from a US-based process.
• Conduct outbound sales calls.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions aligned with our services.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to prospective clients.
• Regular follow-ups and lead management.
• Accurately log call details and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Candidate should be from Navi mumbai.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?32,984.94 per month
