Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:

  • Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns with empathy.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution of escalated problems.
  • Order Processing:
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
  • Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to established customer service standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Generate reports on customer service metrics and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
