Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding product information, pricing, orders, delivery, and billing issues.
• Sales Promotion: Actively promote the company's pharmaceutical products to international customers, highlighting key features and benefits while tailoring presentations to specific market needs.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local regulations, healthcare systems, and competitor activity within assigned international markets.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key international customers, including distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with export regulations.
• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and potential side effects to effectively answer customer questions.
• Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends within assigned regions to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills:
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one other relevant language depending on the target market.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex medical information to customers in a concise and understandable manner.
• Customer Service Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales techniques and ability to effectively present products and close deals.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.

• Knowledge of healthcare systems and market dynamics in assigned regions.
