Responsibilities:
Offer comprehensive technical support to customers via voice communication, resolving queries related to software, hardware, and network issues.
Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of international technical support experience, either through calls or emails.
Proficiency in US Shift timings.
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.
Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in technical support interactions.
