Responsibilities:
• Engage with international customers via voice communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your experience to provide personalized support, building rapport and trust with customers.
• Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of international customer support experience through calls.
• Proficiency in US Shift timings.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Ability to work from our office located in Kothnur.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in customer support interactions.

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
