Responsibilities:
• Engage with international customers from the US Largest Telecom via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and efficient support to customers.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: PUC.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
