We are looking for a

Customer Success Associate

who will be responsible for handling customer queries effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in international customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate (Must)

Experience:

Minimum

6 months of international customer service experience

required.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Working Days:

5 days working (Rotational week-offs).

Shifts:

Rotational shifts (Both-way cab facility provided).

Salary:

?26,000 - ?29,000 CTC per month.
