Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Athflex in Ahmedabad. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. This role will also involve effective communication with customers and contributing to sales efforts.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Prior experience in customer service or related roles
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of sports and fitness industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
