Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports on client performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
