As an Outbound Sales Executive , you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating qualified leads, and promoting our clients' products or services. Your goal will be to drive sales opportunities and meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, sales targets, and lead conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services, identify needs, and qualify leads.
• Lead Qualification : Use effective questioning techniques to qualify prospects based on their business needs, budget, and timeline.
• Pitching & Upselling : Present and pitch our client's offerings to prospects in a persuasive manner. Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on the client's needs.
• Customer Engagement : Build rapport with leads and engage in consultative selling by providing personalized solutions.
• Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for senior sales executives or account managers to further close deals.
• Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep them engaged in the sales process.
• CRM Management : Record and track all customer interactions in the CRM, ensuring all lead and sales data is accurate and up to date.
• Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to team and organizational goals.
• Feedback & Reporting : Provide insights to management regarding customer objections, market trends, and product feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth sales handovers and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (preferably in a BPO environment).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in [language/s] is required).
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of motivation and a self-driven work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a focus on performance metrics.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in a BPO or call center environment .
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Experience with upselling or cross-selling techniques.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
