Roles and Responsibilities
Listening to customers concerns and handling complaints.
Giving detailed explanations of services or products.
Preferred candidate profile
Reviewing account information and answers.
Ability to Understand basic Telecom queries
Related to Signal issues, Network issues, SIM Problems, SIM detection and Hot Spot issues
Demonstrated communication skills.
The clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/ her thought)
Ability to handle tough situations with customers.
Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
Willing to work in a 247 environment (Rotational ,Night and Graveyard /5 Days a week). Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough Spontaneous
