The International Consumer Insights & Research Analyst is a source of truth for understanding consumer preferences, consumer behavior, and category trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor relationship management, survey development, survey analysis, and report development. This role will lead the internal Brand Health Tracking program and will work closely to ensure the surveys and data meet the needs of key internal stakeholders as well as our international franchisees. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (International marketing team, regional field teams, commercial services, development) and partners (vendors). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled at translating data into actionable insights.
