This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for handling international customer queries through chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound chat interactions with international customers.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
• Work in rotational shifts, ensuring availability for both the 5 PM - 2 AM and 2 AM - 11 AM shifts.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in a similar role is a plus.
