Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate fluently in English and one or more local international languages (Bengali OR Swahili OR Arabic).
• Assist with patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and other service-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Fluency in Bengali, Swahili, or Arabic is highly desirable.
• Open to students, fresher?s, or candidates with prior experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle international clients with professionalism.

• Job Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad
• Working Hours: 6 days a week
