Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets through networking, prospecting, and market research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in global markets.

Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals that address the specific needs of international clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure successful execution of international sales strategies.

Stay informed about global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target markets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.

Provide regular reports on international sales performance, market conditions, and potential business opportunities to the management team.

Travel to international markets as needed to meet with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on international markets.

Proven track record of success in developing and closing sales in international markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Fluency in [language(s) required for target markets] is a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
