Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Combination of Fieldwork and In-Person

Primary Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and evaluate potential global markets for business expansion.

- Assess consumer demands, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

2. Strategic Planning

- Design and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and establish a strong international presence.

3. Client & Partner Relations

- Build and maintain relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners.

- Develop a reliable network of local contacts to facilitate smooth market entry.

4. Sales and Revenue Expansion

- Achieve targeted sales goals and create new revenue streams by executing innovative business strategies.

5. Contract Negotiation

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with international stakeholders, ensuring agreements align with company objectives.

6. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation

- Ensure adherence to local laws and international standards in target markets.

- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to address them proactively.

7. Cross-Department Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to customize offerings for global markets.

8. International Travel & Networking

- Represent the company at market visits, industry events, and partner/client meetings worldwide.

9. Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international business development.

- Provide actionable insights for ongoing strategy refinement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:

- At least 1 year in business development, sales, or contract negotiation (2+ years preferred).

- Proven success in acquiring international clients and driving revenue growth.

- Familiarity with regions such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, and Malta.

- Core Competencies:

- In-depth understanding of global markets and cultural differences.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Knowledge of international trade regulations and strategies for market entry.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.

- Personal Attributes:

- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively for business.

- Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (preferred).
