We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the international market. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position requiring availability during graveyard hours to engage with global clients effectively. The salary for this role is competitive and based on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential international clients through various channels, including email outreach, social media, and professional networks.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, client needs, and potential opportunities in the global market.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role targeting international markets.
• Strong understanding of global business trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work graveyard shifts to accommodate international clients.
