Roles & Responsibilities :



Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns. Giving detailed explanations of services or products. Working with a sales team to create better methods to address customer complaints. Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues. Handle Inbound calls. Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers in a timely manner. Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service. Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
