- Need to handle inbound calls from US Cx regarding travel queries
- Attend International Inbound Calls. - Handling US Customer\'s queries related with Flight booking, car rentals, etc. - Need to convert queries into sales
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success or Telesales role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
