: International BPO - Blended Process

Position: Customer Service Representative
Process Type: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
Salary: Up to ?25,000 per month (including performance-based bonus)
Shift Timing: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
Performance Bonus: ?2,000 to ?3,000 per month
Experience: Freshers Welcome (HSC and Graduates both eligible)
Location: Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (Voice process) and email/chat support (Non-voice process).
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and providing product/service information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
• Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor/manager as necessary.

Requirements:

• Education: HSC (12th) / Graduate (Any field).
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with BPO experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
