International Business Development Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an Fresher MBA or experienced and motivated International Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in our real estate business across global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and executing strategic plans that align with our company's expansion goals. This role requires expertise in international markets, real estate investments, and effective business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
:
Market Expansion
:
Identify and assess international real estate markets for new business opportunities.
Develop strategies to expand the company's footprint into new global territories.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain relationships with international investors, developers, and real estate agents.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, including international partnerships and joint ventures.
Provide expert advice and market insights to clients regarding property investments and trends.
Sales & Business Development
:
Generate leads and convert prospects into high-value clients.
Develop tailored real estate solutions for international clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Networking & Partnerships
:
Attend and represent the company at international real estate trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Establish and maintain partnerships with local agencies, developers, and other key stakeholders in target markets.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
:
Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business development strategies.
Provide regular reports and presentations to management on the progress of international business expansion efforts.
Identify and recommend improvements to business strategies, processes, and offerings to improve market position.
Cross-functional Collaboration
:
Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful deal execution and client satisfaction.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing.
Cultural Sensitivity & Adaptability
:
Demonstrate cultural awareness when working in international markets and with global clients.
Adapt strategies to suit local regulations, market conditions, and consumer behaviors.
Key Requirements
:
Experience
: Fresher MBA or 2-3 years of business development experience in the real estate sector, with a strong emphasis on international markets.
Knowledge
: In-depth understanding of global real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
Skills
:
Proven track record of generating business and closing high-value deals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Travel
: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
