:International Banking:Overseas - Custody and Capital Market Operations TeamAbout Wholesale Banking Products
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets; IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT) and Fund Accounting Services.Custody & Capital Market Division is a niche segment focus on Custodial Services (Domestic - PMS, AIF, MF, Insurance etc & Foreign - FPI, FDI, FVCI, DRs); Clearing & Settlement services for Trade; Professional Clearing Services for Equity & Currency Derivative Segments. Bank is also offering Fund Accounting Services for Portfolio Managers (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) & MF/Insurance including and Fund Accounting Services.About the RoleOverall Business Development of these products (Domestic & GIFT) - Business strategy & planning for growth. Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers. Possess knowledge on key areas Mutual Funds; Insurance; Foreign Portfolio Investors; Alternative Investment Funds; Commodity Derivatives; Custody; Clearing activities. Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines in consultancy with internal stakeholder. Business Control: Risk minimization; Audit & Compliance. Review Operational errors along with operations team to ensure appropriate RCA and client communications.Key Responsibilities
1.To co-ordinate with various authorities - IFSCA, NSE IFSC Exchange, IIDA, NICCL , IIBX etc for both policy related and operational efficiency related matters
2.To carry out and supervise Custody, DP and Clearing Member related operational activities in time bound manner for clients under this desk
3.To supervise the overall operational activities of financial products offerings in GIFT IBU (Custody and Capital Markets) with focus on enhanced customer delight - Functional Expertise
4.To help in adhering to various regulatory exchange guidelines of PCM desk, DP and Custody desk
5.To monitor the terminal limits utilization and risk monitoring in PCM desk for various exchanges
6.To guide and part with enhanced knowledge to sub-ordinates to help them in enhancing the client servicingQualifications

• Graduate or a masters degree with experience of 3-5+ years in custody business at Gift city.
