The Internal Security Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing security measures across different departments within the company. This role requires a proactive individual who can integrate security protocols seamlessly into our operations, conduct regular assessments, and respond effectively to security incidents. Candidates with a military or police background are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Security Measures: Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols across all departments, ensuring seamless integration and adherence.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the manufacturing facilities.
• Security Audits: Perform detailed security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate security breaches and incidents thoroughly, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.
• Training Programs: Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to security protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and unified security strategy across the organization.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of security protocols, assessments, audits, and incidents.
• Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies and systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate and manage emergency response procedures and drills to ensure preparedness for various security scenarios.
• Policy Development: Develop and update security policies and procedures in line with industry standards and company needs.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a military or police role with a focus on security.
• Age between 35 to 50 years.
• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the jewelry manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Mandatory: Police NOC (No Objection Certificate) must be obtained by the selected candidate.
• Company-provided training for the entire audit process.
