The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of inside sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and align with the company's strategic goals. This role combines sales expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to team development.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in inside sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
