We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to seamless sales operations, customer satisfaction, and post-sales support.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in the WiseAir team, managing sales order processing, customer communication, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP for preparing quotes and sales orders, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations
• Prepare accurate and detailed sales quotations, invoices, and sales orders using SAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry and processing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to verify and confirm customer requirements.
2. Order Follow-ups
• Follow up with internal teams (production, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on their order status.
• Address and resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies.
3. Customer Support
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide after-sales support, including assistance with product information, warranty claims, or maintenance inquiries.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
4. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions in SAP and other tools.
• Prepare regular reports for the sales and management teams on order status and customer feedback.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
• Liaise with the marketing team for promotional material or customer communication support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency :
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Any Other CRM (Preferred).
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in industrial equipment or IIoT products.
• Knowledge of inventory and order management processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy and timeliness of quotes and sales orders.
• Enquiry to Order Conversions
• Customer satisfaction ratings based on post-sales support.
• Timely resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
Compensation
• Annual Salary : ?2.5 to ?4 lakhs (depending on experience and qualifications).
