Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activities, including generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
Assist in preparing and sending sales quotations and proposals.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding market reach.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and preparing sales reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Must be female, as this role requires interaction with clients in culturally sensitive regions.
