As an in-house Recruiter that specialises in filling IT roles, specifically software developer roles, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier software development talent in our business. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in the IT industry, particularly in software development, will be essential in sourcing candidates who excel in their technical skills and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates for hard to fill positions through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, company culture, and technical requirements.
• Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified software developers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Technical Assessment: Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
• Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Recruitment Strategy: Implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to meet the organisation's demands and achieve resourcing goals.
• Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations with candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on software developer roles.
• Extensive experience in sourcing candidates from multiple countries.
• In-depth knowledge of software development technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
