: This is a remote position. Sr. Recruiter (Internal/Corporate Hiring) - Immediate Joiners Location: Remote Requirements Requirements:

• Laptop/desktop and internet connection

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in domestic hiring

:

• Manage internal recruitment process for 2COMS GROUP

• Analyze and understand requirements in various categories

• Strong experience in hiring for different skill sets

• Screening, shortlisting, negotiation, and coordinating recruitment process

• Handle end-to-end recruiting process and meet strict deadlines

• Manage emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, and follow-ups

• Willingness to take on recruitment challenges and close resources on time

• Aggressive professionals with excellent communication skills

Must-Haves:

• Graduate/Postgraduate

• Excellent communication skills

• Adaptability to technology
