Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing offer letters.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings and foster relationships with industry professionals.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
