: Internal Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in internal recruitment or a similar role.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to attract top talent.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
