You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

  • Office Operations and facilities management for PwC ACs in India Office
  • Safety, Security & Risk compliances
  • Employee services.
  • Handling end-to-end facilities, interiors and infrastructure of the office and liaising with all contractors for the same
  • Orchestrating across different departments for maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Supervise & suggest enhancements for Office Maintenance & Cafeteria/Pantry Management
  • Responsible for housekeeping and fire-fighting activities in the organization.
  • Communicates effectively via telephone, e-mail, and in person with all levels of PwC ACs in India staff, clients, and guests.
  • Carry out PPM routines as per the schedule and review checklists and technical audits for all installations at periodical intervals.
  • Take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the facility.
  • Periodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for a better management of engineering systems
  • Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Site lead / OEMs
  • Liaising with building management, contractors, and interiors for the same.
  • Interacting with different department for executing the maintenance of all equipment in the organization and enhancing the overall efficiency
  • Preparing and supervising maintenance of statutory records
  • Responsible for office maintenance (replacements, repairs, etc.)
  • Generate MIS for operations.
  • Issuance of Access Cards & maintenance of access control systems
  • Collaborates in various administrative tasks as required.
  • Store Management- maintenance / issuance of items, stock take etc.
  • Will be responsible for implementation and auditing of ISMS/BCMS and others aspects across ACs in India
Requirement:
  • BE/B.Tech degree with 3+ years\' experience in a similar role within a high performing professional services environment
  • Individual is expected to work with diverse group of individuals and able to multitask and respond in a fast- moving environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication, should be able to present to a senior group of leaders
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers
  • Role model with strong values & experience of change management
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong mentoring and coaching skills
  • Flexible approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities
