Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. Reporting Structure and Key Relationships: He/she will be directly reporting to the Quality Team Senior Managers. Should be able to maintain a good working relationship with the Quality team and internal stakeholders including LoS Quality SPoC and Managers/Senior Managers/Business Unit Leaders. He/she should be able to manage and induct/coach new/junior team members in the team and help them complete quality reviews/assigned deliverables within agreed timelines based on checklists/instructions : 1. Candidate would be responsible for performing the following activities: Developing/updating the SDC quality management programme based on understanding and review of business processes and quality/compliance requirements Managing and coaching Quality Team members to perform quality reviews Developing and implementing monitoring programmes for specific compliance requirements Review of work performed by the junior team members and finalising exceptions Preparing quality reports/dashboards for review by the Senior Manager/Quality Leader Collaboration on a xAC basis, interact with the Quality team members across the ACs on key quality initiatives Coordinate and manage the efforts involving the FALs within AC Kolkata, as appropriate Generate/review reports on key quality initiatives including that on AC Quality framework/QMSE Represent the Quality team on internal governing bodies/committees meetings/forums, present quality matters, as necessary 2. Candidate should be well conversant with Google Suite and MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint), have excellent auditing, analytical and communication skills.
