  • Experience - Atleast 2-4 years of experience in conducting Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Soft skills - Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Preferably with a degree or Certification in Human Resources along with good analytical skills
  • Soft skills - Self- starter, ability to work in fast paced environment and able to operate independently
